Our grilled feta cheese with vegetables and herbs is prepared in a breeze. First, cut the feta cheese into small cubes. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and the zucchini into small sticks. Halve the onion and cut it into rings. Combine everything in an ovenproof bowl (or several smaller ones) and season to taste with salt, pepper, oregano and olive oil.
Preheat the Otto Grill for some minutes. Use the lever to adjust the height of the grill grate to Meat-O-Meter level 5. Lower the temperature and place the bowl on the grill grate.
Grill everything for around 5 minutes until the feta cheese and veggies are cooked and slightly golden. Occasionally, take out the grill grate using the lever to turn the mixture so that it gets evenly grilled.
Serve warm. The grilled feta cheese with veggies can also be served as a side dish.
