Shrimp is the chicken of the sea. The great white meat that is delicious with everything, especially grilled prawns in spicy marinade. The marinade is homemade so you know its good. Grab some shrimp, prawns, crustaceans or whatever you call ’em and throw ’em on the grill with the shell on for an incredibly juicy taste!

    Step 1

    Prepare the marinade

Remove the rosemary from its stalk and the seeds from the chili pepper. Also, peel the garlic. Then, chop all ingredients with a large knife and put them into a bowl.

    Step 2

    Add citrus to Marinade

Squeeze the lemons and add the lemon juice to the bowl. Then, add olive oil and salt. Mix all ingredients well. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

    Step 3

    Marinate the Prawns

Dab dry the prawns with some kitchen towel and put them in the bowl with the marinade.

    Step 4

    Marinade Prawns Overnight

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the prawns marinate in the fridge overnight. Alternatively, you can vacuum-seal the prawns in the marinade to achieve an even more intense flavor in less time.

    Step 5

    Preheat the O.F.B

Remove the prawns from the marinade and drain. In the meantime, preheat your Otto Grill at full temperature of 800°C for 5 minutes.

    Step 6

    Grill Prawns

Place the prawns on the grill grate and adjust the height to Meat-O-Meter level 1-2. Grill the prawns for 1 minute on each side at full temperature. When done, remove the grilled prawns in spicy marinade from the grid and serve.
